Fees and funding

We will go over fees with you at your free consultation, so you know exactly what to expect before you decide. You are billed only for the hours of service provided, and every invoice lists each session date and your child's OAP reference.

Scheduling

Sessions are planned around your family's routine, including after-school hours, evenings and weekends where available. We agree on a schedule together at the start.

Who creates my child's program?

Our supervising BCBA completes a formal assessment and writes the program with your input.

Are parents involved in sessions?

Yes. We coach parents so that new skills carry over into daily life.

Services

Support for the whole child

Every plan is built around one child's strengths, routines and family goals.

In-home ABA therapy

One-on-one sessions with a trained behaviour therapist in your home. We teach communication, self-care, social and play skills, and use positive, play-based strategies to reduce behaviours that get in the way of learning.

BCBA assessment and supervision

Our supervising BCBA completes the assessment, writes the individualized program and reviews progress. She observes sessions, updates goals and guides the therapy team.

Parent coaching

Practical strategies you can use at mealtimes, bedtime, outings and family events, so skills carry over beyond therapy hours. We also create tools such as visual schedules and social stories.

Speech and language support

Speech-language therapy delivered by a Communicative Disorders Assistant under the direction of a Speech-Language Pathologist, working alongside your child's ABA team.
